Description

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Molera from the Cru di Bisol line comes from vineyards located on the rolling hills of Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso. The name derives from a type of soft and citrine rock that at times emerges from the stony soil of these territories.

This Prosecco is produced entirely with Glera grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in early October. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by fermentation in steel pressurized tanks according to the Charmat method.

The Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Molera by Bisol is characterized by a straw yellow colour with light green reflections, and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a large and delicate bouquet of wildflowers. On the palate it is soft and elegant, with a pleasant sapidity and minerality.

Perfect to accompany spicy dishes, first courses based on fish or vegetables, it is ideal to accompany the aperitif ritual.
