Description

This Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato by Ducalis is a sparkling wine produced exclusively with Glera grapes grown in the Veneto region. Perfect for important occasions thanks to its elegance and freshness. The residual sugar gives the wine a pleasant balance between sweetness and acidity.

It is obtained through careful white vinification, followed by refermentation in an autoclave according to the Charmat method. This process lasts a few months to maximize the aroma and freshness typical of the Glera variety. The overpressure inside the bottle guarantees a fine and persistent foam.

It has a light straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, the bouquet is very fine, with delicate floral notes of acacia flowers and a light hint of honey. On the palate, it is fruity and refined, with a pleasant freshness and an aftertaste that recalls acacia honey.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with light fish dishes or raw seafood.
