Description
The Asolo Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut Fanò by Astoria was born on the hilly lands of the Asolano, in the province of Treviso.
It is obtained from pure Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand, once they have reached perfect ripeness, in September. After the classic vinification processes, second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks according to the Charmat Method, for about 25-30 days at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °C, with a refinement on its own yeasts for a few days and in the bottle for a few weeks.
Prosecco Superiore Asolo Fanò by Astoria is characterized by a pale straw yellow colour and a minute and persistent perlage. It opens on the nose with a clear and elegant scent of yellow fruit. On the palate it is pleasantly acidic and dry.
Perfect in combination with first and second courses based on fish and shellfish, this prosecco is ideal to accompany delicious aperitifs, meats and fresh cheeses.
