Description

The Prosecco Superiore Dry Primo Franco by Nino Franco is born in vineyards located in the heart of the municipality of Valdobbiadene.

It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes. After a soft pressing and a cooling of the must, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The sparkling wine is made in a pressurized tank according to the Charmat method.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow colour. The nose opens with an intense and persistent bouquet, with elegant aromas of exotic fruits, enriched by pleasant aromatic notes. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and fruity, with a balanced acidity.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and cold cuts and salami, it is ideal in combination with dry desserts and pastries.
