Description
Conte Collalto's Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Dry Millesimato is born in vineyards located on the hills of Susegana, in the extraordinary production terroir of Prosecco Superiore.
It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested between 10 and 30 September. After destemming and soft pressing, the must ferments in steel for 8-10 days and refines for 3 months in steel on noble lees. The base wine undergoes sparkling according to the Charmat Method in steel pressurized tanks and ages for another 3 months in the bottle.
Conte Collalto's Dry Millesimato Spumante has a pale straw yellow colour, with a minute and persistent perlage. The nose opens with intense fruity sensations of citrus, white peach and green apple. In the mouth it is sapid, fresh and silky.
Ideal in combination with mousse and panna cotta, it is a perfect accompaniment to cream desserts and fruit tarts.
