Description
This Prosecco Brut is made from only clusters of Glera grapes, collected in the historic hill called Col de Mez.
The grapes are subjected to a slight pressing, after which the must thus obtained is fermented slowly in steel with selected yeasts. The second fermentation takes place by autoclave according to the Charmat method.
Straw-coloured with greenish reflections, the nose is an explosion of grapefruit, medlar and crunchy fruit, crossed by pleasant hints of acacia flowers, sage and fresh almonds. The sip is fresh and savoury, with a good structure, with a finish with mineral and citrus references.
Excellent aperitif, divinely stock the fried fish and vegetarian risotto.
