Description
This Prosecco DOCG Brut comes from the hills of Valdobbiadene, and is obtained from a blend of Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes.
The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand. The vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve the freshness and typical aromas of the varieties used. Subsequently, the wine undergoes refermentation in an autoclave according to the Charmat method to obtain the characteristic fine and persistent perlage.
At sight, it has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals elegant aromas of rose and jasmine, accompanied by fruity notes of green apple, banana and pineapple. On the palate, it stands out for its excellent flavor, freshness and persistence, offering a refined tasting experience.
Ideal as an aperitif, this Prosecco pairs perfectly with light and delicate starters and fish dishes.
