Description
Sorelle Bronca Particella 232 is an organic Prosecco Superiore characterized by a great structure and a refined style, produced according to the Charmat method. It comes from 100% Glera grapes in the Colbertaldo area, in the Farrò di Follina vineyard which represents the parcel 232. Its name, in fact, is a tribute to the cadastral number of the portion of land where the vines that give life to this prodigious sparkling wine are born. The territory could not be more suitable: these vines rise on a fairly steep hill, which enjoys perfect sun exposure to ensure excellent ripeness to the grapes.
Here viticulture can only be manual and, for this reason, this wine can be said to be handcrafted by the care of expert hands. The pedoclimatic conditions allow the grapes to acquire aromas and structure. Its harvest time is the second decade of September and, after the grapes are harvested, the grapes are softly pressed and fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Fermentation and second fermentation take place according to the Charmat method for 45 days in a pressurized tank.
A light yellow glass and a fine perlage, Particella 232 is characterized by a fresh nose that expresses itself on floral tones of rose, wisteria and lily of the valley, a masterful symphony that introduces yellow-fleshed fruit, such as pear, peach and apple. The taste is fresh, robust, supported by a balanced almond finish.
Excellent in combination with all fish courses, it is ideal to combine with a foil of fried red mullet flavoured with orange.
