Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut DOCG Santa Margherita is the noblest expression of Valdobbiadene grapes, interpreted by one of the historic companies of the denomination.

Obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes, this precious Valdobbiadene ages naturally in contact with selected yeasts to reach its rounded and balanced taste.

Very fine and persistent bubbles frame pleasantly crunchy aromas of white-fleshed fruit and acacia and peach flowers. On the palate you can feel small wild strawberries as it unfolds joyfully and amused, with the bubbles dictating the rhythm and the savory freshness supporting the long fragrant finish of small yellow flowers and succulent pear and peach.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal with fish or cheese based appetizers or even throughout the meal with delicate dishes such as risotto and baked white meats. An essential wine to keep cool.
