Description

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut Millesimato Bellussi is made from Glera grapes from the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area and sparkling with the use of the Charmat method.

With a rigorous selection of the grapes suitable to maintain low yields and high quality levels, a base wine is produced to start the second fermentation in a pressurized tank. For this Millesimato Brut, the addition of the expedition liqueur guarantees a final sugar content between 9 and 10 grams per litre.

Straw yellow with golden reflections and fine perlage, it immediately offers compact aromas of mulberry and apricot interspersed on the palate by herbaceous and fresh hints. Enjoyable flavour and freshness make it a wine of charm and good persistence.

Thanks to its freshness it goes well with appetizers and cured meats, focaccia based on olives and bruschetta with lard or tomatoes. Also try the margherita pizza.
