Obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes, this precious Valdobbiadene ages naturally in contact with the yeasts to reach its rounded and balanced taste.

Very fine bubbles frame pleasantly fruity and floral aromas of rennet apple and peach blossom, and anticipate an enveloping and complex taste.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal with fish or cheese based appetizers or even throughout the meal with delicate dishes such as risotto and baked white meats. An essential wine to keep cool.
