Description

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore 26 ° Primo Rive di Col San Martino from the Rive Selection collection by Andreola was born in vineyards located on steep slopes in the Treviso municipality of Valdobbiadene.

It is obtained from pure Glera grapes, harvested and selected manually in the first ten days of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a maceration on the skins for 11-13 days at a temperature of 18 ° C. Then the second fermentation takes place according to the Charmat method, by refermentation in autoclave for 30 days, with refinement of about 3 months before being placed on the market.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with pleasant fruity aromas of peach, apple and citrus, enriched with intense notes of wisteria, rose and acacia. On the palate it is fragrant and fresh, slightly sapid.

Perfect to accompany delicious appetizers and refined fish dishes.
