Description

Condo Collalto's Valdobbiadene Prosecco Tranquillo was born in vineyards located on the Treviso hills, to the left of the Piave river.

It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place in heat-conditioned steel tanks for 6 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in steel and for another 3 months in bottle before being released on the market.

Condo Collalto's Valdobbiadene Prosecco Tranquillo has a pale straw yellow color. The nose is delicate and fruity, with evident hints of green apple and wild flowers. On the palate it is dry and fresh, pleasantly sapid and elegant.

Perfect in combination with local vegetables and vegetables, such as radicchio, asparagus and mushrooms, it is ideal with fresh soft cheeses and oriental dishes.
