Description
This Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene Extra Dry is produced mainly from Glera grapes, grown in the areas of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, between 300 and 400 meters above sea level, on clayey soils.
The vinification of this sparkling wine follows the long Charmat method, with very soft pressing. This method allows you to maintain the freshness and aromatic characteristics of the vine, guaranteeing creaminess and softness on the palate.
On the nose, notes of apple, almonds and white flowers stand out. In the mouth, the wine is creamy and soft, with a pleasant freshness and a clear mineral vein in the finish.
This Prosecco is ideal to accompany battered vegetables, cheese, cold pasta and raw fish.
