Description
Rafael Palacios' Louro Godello comes from its own vineyards located in Galicia and, in particular, from a small parcel with approx. 25 years of age grown with the Godello variety.
An altitude of over 600 meters above sea level and soils of granite and clay, make it possible to obtain, with traditional and sustainable methods, intact grapes that ferment French oak barrels of 35 hectoliters, remaining in contact with the fine lees for 4 months until bottling. .
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it expresses delicate hints of chestnut flowers, herbaceous hints of fennel and broom, while in the mouth it maintains freshness of fruit and a compact taste. Slightly salty and mineral finish, perfectly balanced and of medium persistence.
Ideal for summer aperitifs, it can pleasantly accompany dishes based on white meats, vegetables and raw fish.
