Description
The Val di Neto Bianco Imyr di Ceraudo comes from vineyards grown organically that are located in the Strongoli area, a few steps from the Ionian Sea.
It is obtained entirely from the Chardonnay variety, with manual harvesting of the grapes. After traditional vinification in steel, the wine remains for 3 months in French oak barriques.
The Imyr of Ceraudo is characterized by a bright and intense straw yellow color. The perfume is enveloping and harmonious, of great persistence, with hints of yellow flowers, cedar, vanilla and acacia honey. The taste is warm and savory, crunchy and round.
Perfect to combine with risotto with seafood and fresh cheeses, it divinely accompanies white meats and vegetable soups.
In the Arbëresh language Imyr stands for good, fitting adjective to describe the wine in question.
