Description
The Val di Neto Bianco Grisara di Ceraudo is located within the organically managed vineyards in the heart of the Ionian Calabria, a few steps from the sea.
It is a wine made from pure Gaglioppo grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Vinification takes place traditionally in steel, with aging for a few months in its containers before the subsequent bottling.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color. It is fragrant and slightly brackish on the nose, accompanied by elegant floral notes of hay and green apple. In tasting it is fresh and savory, with pleasant softness and persistence.
Ideal white to serve with risotto with seafood, it is perfect in the company of blue cheeses and stewed fish.
