Description
Pure Tannat grapes give life to this splendid label, a deeply identifying wine, with well-defined character and personality. Its fermentation takes place in concrete tanks and the aging in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels, for 6–12 months.
It shines in the glass with its intense and deep purple colour, and offers the nose a bouquet reminiscent of red and black fruits such as raspberries and plums, with a spicy finish. In the mouth, it reveals its decisive side: ripe tannins and a marked minerality make it the most suitable wine to represent its terroir.
This Tannat is the ideal wine to pair with roasted game, such as a leg of lamb in pinzimonio with sage, mint, garlic and olive oil.
