Description
A wine with a bold temperament, this label was born from the centuries-old experience of the Bodega Carrau family, which celebrates all the passion of a family, dedicated to wine for generations.
Sauvignon Blanc in purity, originates from a limestone soil and matures with the breezes of a temperate climate. The grapes are harvested manually, while fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C.
Straw yellow full of color, this wine denotes all the characteristics of the variety, with marked aromas of tropical fruits and herbaceous notes, which continue in the mouth evolving towards a more bursting presence.
