Description
The Umbrian rosé wine Don Brizio is produced by Cantine Briziarelli, a company that produces a wide range of wines in Umbria, in the Montefalco area.
The wine is produced from Sangiovese grapes. Once in the cellar, the grapes are softly pressed and fermented in white in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in steel for 4 months.
Onion skin pink in colour, the wine presents itself to the nose with aromas of strawberry, blackberry, melon and coconut. The sip is crunchy, fresh and sapid.
The wine goes well with seafood first courses, molluscs and crustaceans au gratin.
