Description
The Umbrian red wine Don Brizio is produced by Cantine Briziarelli, a company that produces a wide range of wines in Umbria, in the Montefalco area.
The wine is produced from Sangiovese grapes and other red grapes. Once in the cellar, the grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature in steel tanks, where they subsequently refine for 4 months.
Ruby red in colour, the wine presents itself to the nose with aromas of violet, plum and blackcurrant. The sip has a good structure and very soft tannins.
The wine goes well with grilled meats, both red and pork.
