Description

Umbria Pinot Grigio di Lungarotti was born in the Fattoria del Pometo, located in the Perugia area of Torgiano, in the heart of Umbria.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand at the end of August. The fermentation takes place, cold, in stainless steel tanks, to then refine on the fine lees until bottling.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections, this Pinot Grigio opens to the nose with a complex fruity bouquet of peach, banana and green apple enriched with pleasant floral notes. On the palate it is dry and well structured, with a slight acidity and a fresh and fruity finish.

Perfect to accompany delicious appetizers and fish dishes, especially raw, like sushi, it is indicated with spicy foods.
