Description

Trespo Umbria Bianco is a territorial and ready-to-drink white wine, made with one of the most iconic white grape varieties of the region, this wine is deeply linked to its Umbrian terroir of origin. The vines are grown on valley bottom soils with a medium texture, rich in limestone, clay and sand.

The Trespo winemaking process begins with a soft pressing to obtain the free-run must. Subsequently, the wine ferments in steel at a controlled temperature between 16°-17°C and is stored on the fine lees until bottling. This winemaking method helps to develop the aromatic characteristics and complexity of the wine, preserving freshness and liveliness.

At sight it presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose perceives slightly fruity aromas, with citrus notes and hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, the wine is fresh and mineral, supported by a vibrant acidity that makes it particularly pleasant to drink.

Trespo is ideal in combination with dishes such as an omelette or first courses with Norcia bacon and saffron. This wine is perfect for those looking for a fun and fresh white to enjoy on any occasion.
