Description
Ciliegiolo di Narni 05035 by Leonardo Bussoletti is a red wine that celebrates its Umbrian origins, precisely from the localities of Colleozio and Collemurello in the municipality of Sangemini, in the province of Terni. The choice to use the postal code of the municipality of Narni as the name for the wine underlines the intimate bond of this reality with its production area.
The winemaking process involves fermentation in steel with a short maceration of 5-6 days on the skins, followed by refinement in steel on its fine lees for 6 months and a further period of 1-2 months of rest in the bottle.
Ruby red in color. A markedly floral and fruity aroma emerges on the nose, which immediately invites tasting. In the mouth it is fresh and easy to drink, with delicate tannins.
It is an excellent accompaniment for medium-aged cheeses, red meats and cured meats.
