Twisted Thistle IPA is a beer from the Scottish brewery Belhaven, the oldest in Scotland (founded in 1719), which is located in Dunbar, twenty miles from Edinburgh.
How is Twisted Thistle IPA made?
This beer is an American-style Indian Pale Ale, brewed using exclusively Scottish barley malt and Challenger, Cascade, Hersbrucker hops.
Sight, nose, eye and palate
In the Twisted Thistle IPA there are aromas of grapefruit and flowers. The taste is herbaceous, citrine, bitter with the delicate sweet note of malt.
