Description

Malbec Pasionado is a wine produced in the Mendoza region of Argentina, an expression of an intense and rich Malbec. This wine represents the passion and craftsmanship that characterizes the Andeluna winery, where each harvest is carefully managed to get the maximum potential from the grapes.

The grapes are selected manually and vinified with care to preserve the freshness and complexity of the fruit. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels, which enriches the wine with elegant toasted and spicy notes, without overpowering the fruit profile.

On the nose it offers intense aromas of ripe black fruit, such as blackberries and plums, accompanied by hints of spices and chocolate. On the palate it presents itself with a full body and velvety tannins, with a perfect balance between acidity and structure, which leads to a long and persistent finish.

This red wine is ideal to accompany grilled red meats and rich, complex dishes.
