Tulbagh WO Cap Classique Rosé Cuvée Brut 2022 Krone

Krone's Rosè Cuvee Brut is a sparkling wine from the Tulbagh area, the result of the careful selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. This wine represents the excellence of the region's viticulture, characterized by an ideal climate and soil that contribute to defining the unique and distinctive profile of the wine.

The harvest takes place exclusively at night, to preserve the integrity and freshness of the grapes. Subsequently, the wine ferments directly in the bottle, following the traditional method, and matures on the lees for approximately 12 months inside the underground cellars of the estate. During this period, the bottles are placed on the pupitres and subjected to manual rémuage, a process that gives the wine its marked finesse.

It has a salmon pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it stands out for an elegant floral bouquet, enriched with notes of pomegranate, red apple and berries. The taste is clean and dry, characterized by notes of juicy berries that blend into an elegant, delicate and persistent finish.

This sparkling wine is ideal to accompany a variety of dishes. It pairs perfectly with raw vegetables, apple strudel, fish risotto and light first courses. It is also an excellent choice to enrich the aperitif, offering a refined and memorable tasting experience.
