Description
The Trinidad Rum by Plantation is a rum produced by distillation in a four-column still, which begins the aging phase in Trinidad for 11 years in ex-bourbon oak barrels and completes it with 2-3 years of aging in ex-cognac barrels Ferrand. The label shows a sugar cane plantation to underline the high quality of raw material at the base of this rum. The scarlet ibis, on the other hand, is the symbol of the island of Trinidad also present on the coat of arms of Trinidad and Tobago.
It manifests itself in the amber colored glass. A subtle and fresh range of aromas envelops the nose, with a predominance of floral, lemon and pear notes. The taste is intense and spicy, with hints of wood, grilled almond and paprika.
It is perfect to sip after dinner.
