Description
The Rosé delle Trevenezie 11 Minutes by Pasqua is composed of an elegant blend that unites Corvina, Trebbiano di Lugana, Syrah, and Carménère, varieties selected for their aromatic and structural complementarity. The grapes come from the Lake Garda area, where the temperate climate and lake breezes favor the balanced ripening of the clusters, ensuring freshness and complexity.
The name of the wine comes from the contact time with the skins, limited to 11 minutes, which allows for the extraction of the noblest nuances of the berries and the delicate rosé hue. After pressing, the must is cooled and left to decant for 12-24 hours before starting fermentation at a controlled temperature between 13°-16°C. The wine then ages on fine lees for 2-3 months before being filtered and bottled.
The aromatic profile is intense and enveloping, with Corvina providing floral notes and vibrant acidity, Trebbiano adding elegance and length, Syrah contributing fruity and spicy notes, and Carménère adding structure and depth. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and persistent, with a refined and harmonious finish.
This rosé pairs perfectly with fish dishes, crudités, and gourmet salads, enhancing every bite with its lively freshness and aromatic character.
