Description

The Trevenezie Rosato of La di Motte is located in the enchanting border area between Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. This area, known for its wine-growing vocation, is characterized by "motte", small rises in the land which give uniqueness and character to the wines produced here. The name "La di", which in Friulian dialect means "at home", is an invitation to discover the wines that proudly represent this border land.

The production of this wine begins with a brief contact of the must with the pomace, which lasted approximately 12 hours at a controlled temperature, in order to obtain its distinctive rosé colour. This is followed by soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18°C in stainless steel tanks, ideal for preserving freshness and intensifying the aromatic notes of the wine.

It has a pale and brilliant pink color, enriched with peach-colored nuances. The bouquet is elegant and fruity, with delicate hints of wild strawberries that clearly emerge. On the palate the wine is fresh and savory, with a well-balanced acidity that blends into a soft and pleasantly persistent finish.

An ideal companion for an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with a variety of appetizers, shellfish and seafood.
