Description
The Pinot Bianco of Tenute Tomasella is born in vineyards located between Veneto and Friuli.
50% of the grapes are vinified in white with soft pressing of the whole grapes, the remaining half undergoes a cryomaceration for 10 hours. Subsequently the must ferments at a controlled temperature (16-18 °). Finally, the wine ages on the lees for 8 months in steel and then 3 months in the bottle.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose reveals aromas of white flowers, apple and apricot. The sip is fresh and well structured, with a persistent finish.
This wine, ideal for any meal, goes very well with important first courses, fish in a salt crust and medium-aged cheeses.
