Description
Cabernet Sauvignon by Serafini & Vidotto was born in Veneto, on the Treviso hills.
The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (mainly) and Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested in the first weeks of October. The grapes are vinified in steel and always refine in steel tanks for at least 9 months.
In the glass, the wine has a ruby red color. On the nose there are hints of blackberry, plum and cherry, with a note of black pepper. The sip reveals soft tannins and a pleasantly fruity finish.
To combine with cold cuts and cheeses or with roasted red meats.
