Description

The Trento Classic Method Brut Riserva Graal Spumante from the Altemasi Winery was born in the hilly areas that are higher and more suitable for Trentino sparkling wines.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, carefully selected and harvested by hand. After fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine ages for 60 months on the lees.

The Grail Reserve is characterized by a golden color with slight greenish hues. The perlage is persistent and the foam is pleasantly creamy. The nose opens with very fine notes of honey, enriched with slight and refined hints of ripe apple and hazelnut. On the palate it is pleasantly austere, full and refined.

Ideal in combination with light fish-based aperitifs and seafood risotto, it is excellent for accompanying fish fillets and noble poultry recipes.
