Description
The Trento Spumante Metodo Classico Pas Dosè from Cantina Altemasi was born in the vineyards located in the Valle dei Laghi and in the Valle di Cembra, in the heart of Trentino Alto Adige.
It is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After fermentation which takes place at a controlled temperature, the wine ages for over 60 months on the lees before being bottled.
This Pas Dosè is characterized by a golden color with greenish hues and a fine and continuous perlage. The nose opens with intense citrus notes. On the palate it is pleasantly austere and savory.
Perfect to combine with linguine with lobster, it is excellent to accompany oysters and raw shellfish.
