Description
Valentini's Trento Rosé is the refined expression of the harmonious fusion between the elegance of Chardonnay and the structure of Pinot Noir. The grapes come from vineyards located on the banks of the Adige, in the Vallagarina area.
This sparkling wine combines the white vinification of Chardonnay with the red vinification of Pinot Noir, which leaves the must briefly in contact with the skins. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, following the classic method, with aging on the yeasts for at least 24 months before disgorgement. It is enriched with a small dosage of liqueur d'expédition.
Visually it presents itself with a pale pink color enriched by light coppery reflections, a creamy white foam and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, complex fruity notes of small fruits, currants and apple emerge. In the mouth, the wine is rich, balanced and persistent, with an appreciable length.
This sparkling wine pairs perfectly with various fish preparations, both baked and cooked in salt, enhancing their flavours.
