Description
Ferrari's Trento Perlé Zero was born in the mountain vineyards owned by the Lunelli family, located on the slopes of the Trentino mountains. The name Cuvée Zero 10 refers to the year of bottling.
The starting cuvée is the result of several thousandths of Chardonnay wines that follow an ageing path designed to make this bubbles truly irresistible: at a first stop in steel in which the fruity component and the elegance of the aromas are enhanced, a passage follows in wood that ensures structure and richness of taste, ending with a 6-year long glass stay on selected yeasts, aimed at perfecting the expressive capacity of this sparkling wine and giving it a more unique than rare depth. The rest is done by a wise work in the cellar of assembly of the thousandths, carried out artfully. The absence of dosage allows you to express the true essence of mountain Chardonnay.
Ferrari's Perlé Zero shines in a straw yellow glass, surrounded by bright golden reflections. It is striking for an extreme cleansing to the nose where the notes of grapefruit and ginger root are evident, accompanied by fresh sensations of pineapple, aromatic herbs and cumin. The sip is dry and savoury, with an envelopment that gradually reveals a depth of taste and an elegant persistence of aromas.
Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect with fish dishes, sushi and shellfish.
