Description

The Spumante Trento Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore comes from the Maso Pianizza vineyard, located on the hills of Trento.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, selected and harvested in mid-September. The wine ages on selected yeasts for about 10 years.

The Founder's Giulio Ferrari Riserva is characterized by a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with an ethereal and intense bouquet, with fruity hints typical of the grape enriched with pleasant notes of honey, vanilla and white chocolate. On the palate it is elegant and harmonious, with a pleasantly velvety body and an aftertaste with flavors of vanilla, acacia honey and hay. Overall, it is an elegant wine with a remarkable persistence.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
