Description

Michei's Trento Extra Brut is produced in a vineyard located in Maso Michei, among the peaks of the "Little Dolomites", where the Chardonnay grapes ripen at an altitude of 850 metres. This unique location, characterized by steep, sunny slopes, gives the wine a distinctive aromatic profile and unmistakable structure thanks to the exceptional terroir and mountain climate.

The manual harvest of the grapes takes place in mid-September, followed by soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. After the traditional refermentation in the bottle, this Classic Method sparkling wine matures on the yeasts for at least 48 months.

In the glass it shows a straw yellow color, supported by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose and palate it stands out for its notes of citrus and yellow fruit pulp, enriched with hints of fresh bread.

It pairs perfectly with aperitifs, fish dishes, shellfish and white meat, underlining its versatility and ability to accompany various gastronomic moments.
