Description
Trento DOC Brut Rosé Metodo Classico is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes coming from the hilly area of the valleys north of Trento. The soils vary from basaltic to porphyritic with schistose matrices.
The grapes are harvested by hand and processed with soft pressing, followed by refermentation in the bottle. The wine matures on the yeasts for at least 24 months, before disgorgement and the dosage of the liqueur d'expedition.
It has a light pink color and persistent perlage, a fine and fresh nose and a harmonious palate with a persistent acidity.
Excellent as an aperitif and ideal throughout the meal.
