Description
Michei's Trento Brut Riserva 823 represents the excellence of the classic method, an authentic expression of the alpine territory of Maso Michei located at a high altitude among the "Little Dolomites".
This sparkling wine is the result of Pinot Noir grapes, harvested by hand in mid-September and subjected to meticulous vinification, which includes soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by aging on the yeasts for 60 months in the bottle which gives complexity and elegance .
It has a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers a rich range of aromatic nuances that include white fruit pulp, citrus fruits and delicate hints of fresh bread, reflecting the uniqueness of its terroir and mountain climate in which the grapes ripen.
It presents itself as an ideal companion for aperitifs, shellfish, fish and white meat dishes, demonstrating wide gastronomic versatility and the ability to enhance every moment of tasting.
