Trento DOC Brut Riserva 36 Mesi 2020 Bonconsey

The Trento Riserva Brut 36 Mesi by Bonconsey is a high-quality sparkling wine, produced exclusively with grapes grown on the high hills of Vallagarina, an area particularly suited to the cultivation of the Chardonnay grape, the only variety of which it is composed.

The vinification takes place in white, with temperature control, followed by a refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine then ages for 36 months on its own yeasts, acquiring complexity and character.

It has a straw yellow color, enriched by light golden reflections and a continuous and persistent perlage. On the nose, fruity notes and hints of yeast and bread crust emerge. The taste is fresh, full and harmonious.
