Description

Valentini's Trento Riserva Arminio is a tribute to the figure of Arminio Valentini, pioneer of Classic Method Trentino sparkling wine since 1899. The grapes come from vineyards along the banks of the Adige, in Vallagarina, with south/west and south/east exposure .

This prestigious Trentodoc sparkling wine is born from the balanced combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged on the yeasts for over 60 months. A small dosage of liqueur d'expédition is added to the disgorgement to refine the profile of the wine.

Arminio has an intense straw yellow color and golden reflections, enriched by a creamy white foam and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, the bouquet is complex and fascinating, with notes of ripe apple, slightly withered yellow flowers, shortcrust pastry and leavened desserts that recall the Italian pastry tradition. In the mouth, the wine is rich and enveloping, perfectly balanced between freshness and flavor.

This sparkling wine is ideal for accompanying important dishes, both meat and fish.
