Description

The Trentodoc Brut of the For4neri line by Zanotelli was born in Val di Cembra, from a family-run farm that has been based in Cembra Lisignago, in the province of Trento, since 1860. The grapes come from the vineyards of Caséle, Piagge and Piazzole.

It consists of 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are softly pressed and then slowly fermented at 15-17°C. Bottle aging on the lees lasts at least 36 months.

The wine has a brilliant straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals elegant aromas of Golden apples. The sip is dry, fresh and structured, with a good persistence.

Excellent for an important aperitif, it is a wine to drink throughout the meal.
