Description
The Maximum Demi-Sec was born inside the spectacular Ferrari estate, from land scattered in the various municipalities of the Val d'Adige, Val di Cembra and Valle dei Laghi, in Trentino.
This sparkling wine is made from only Chardonnay grapes, harvested manually in the first half of September. Following the classic sparkling method, the product matures and referments for at least 36 months on the selected yeasts in its own crops.
The Ferrari Maximum Demi-Sec is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose offers delicate aromas of fresh fruit, with typical notes of bread crust, hazelnut. In the mouth it is soft and harmonious, with persistent fruity notes which are accompanied by interesting vanilla sensations and yeasts that linger on the palate for a long time.
It goes perfectly with the moment of dessert.
