Description

This Trento Rosé Millesimato comes to life from the vineyards of the Roveré della Luna fan, in the upper Val di Cembra.

The bunches of Pinot Noir, after a short maceration, are softly pressed. The must thus obtained ferments partly in steel tanks and partly in French oak barrels and tonneaux. Following assembly, second fermentation takes place in bottle. It matures for over 30 months on its lees.

It has a bright pink colour. On the nose it releases light floral sensations of rose, achieved by soft hints of ripe red fruit and spices. In the mouth it is elegant in its happy marriage of decisive character and freshness.

It is indicated in combination with fatty fish and crustaceans.
