Description
This Trento Rosé originates from a selection of Pinot Noir grapes, grown in small plots located east of the city of Trento, between 500 and 650 meters above sea level.
The grapes are harvested manually in small containers and subjected to short maceration. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 17 ° C for 10-14 days. The second fermentation, obtained by second fermentation in bottle, is followed by a stop on the lees for at least 30 months.
Poured into the glass it shows a pale pink colour, with a minute and persistent perlage. The nose reveals fresh fruity and floral aromas, on a background of yeast. In the mouth the attack is elegant and well structured, with slightly mineral touches.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif, it is suitable for the whole meal, especially with the typical dishes of the Trentino tradition.
