Description
Trento Brut Doc Levii comes from vineyards located at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, facing south and on high slopes.
The manual harvest is carried out during the second half of September and, thanks to the second fermentation in bottle, the wine ages on the lees for a minimum of 36 months to ensure harmony and elegance while safeguarding the finesse and freshness typical of mountain areas.
Bright straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it is rich in perlage and has hints of yeast and white bread on the nose, followed by green apple and white chalk, while on the palate it is fresh and citrusy, with a dense and decidedly crunchy fruit.
Perfect for lobster and raw tartare in general, shrimp cocktails, fried foods and shellfish. Also ideal with fresh cheeses.
