Description
This wine comes from Müller Thurgau grapes grown in the suitable hills of the upper Val di Cembra, from vineyards that grow on soils of porphyritic origin.
The harvest takes place entirely by hand. In the cellar, the grapes are subjected to a short pre-fermentation cold maceration, then softly pressed and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-17 ° C. Later it does not malolactic and refines on the fine lees.
With a pale straw yellow color with greenish hues, it is characterized by a bouquet centered on hints of citrus and peach which then give way to floral aromas of hawthorn and orange blossom, sometimes of sage. On the palate it enters dry and savory, pleasantly acidulous.
Excellent to serve with appetizers and omelettes, it goes well with savory pies in general.
