Description

Gewürztraminer Clinga by La Vis hails from vineyards located in the ancient rural structure of the same name Vigna Maso Clinga, in Maso Tratta, in the municipality of Lavis.

It is produced exclusively with Gewürztraminer grapes, harvested only by hand during the third ten days of September. After a soft pressing and a static decanting of the must, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for 6–7 months before being bottled.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow colour. The nose opens with an intense bouquet, with floral aromas. On the palate it is full, pleasantly fine and savoury.

Perfect to accompany appetizers, fish and shellfish dishes.
