Description
The Trentino Moscato Giallo from the Castel Firmian di Mezzacorona collection was born in a particularly suitable area of lower Trentino, north of Lake Garda.
It is produced with pure Moscato Giallo grapes, partially dried on the plant and harvested only by hand. Vinification takes place traditionally, with cold maceration on the skins and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C, which is blocked by cooling once the desired sugar level has been reached.
Moscato Giallo Castel Firmian di Mezzacorona has an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with an intoxicating and enveloping bouquet, with tropical notes and fruit ripened in the sun. In the mouth it is sweet and pronounced, pleasantly balanced.
Perfect to accompany traditional Trentino desserts such as zelten and strudel, it is ideal in combination with all fruit and dry pastries.
